Diffuser Return Policy
Warranty on diffusers is provided by the manufacturer for 12 months if deemed defective. The warranty does not cover damages from misuse or destruction by user. Please contact us or come into the store to test the unit.
Exchange or Return Products
We can accept exchanges and returns in-store or via mail. To return or exchange in-store, please bring the product and your receipt to Twenty Lemons. Note there are no returns on essential oils that have been opened. To return or exchange by mail, please contact us at 1-587-582-3458 or by email at email@example.com, and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and a product return/exchange form.
There is a product missing or damaged in my order, what do I do?
Please contact us at 1-587-582-3458 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with missing or damaged items. Missing items that are in stock will be reshipped if a refund has not been issued. Backordered and/or damaged products will be fully replaced or refunded.
My parcel hasn’t arrived on time, is it lost in transit?
If your order seems to be lost in transit, contact us to investigate. Call 1-587-582-3458 or email@example.com and allow plenty of time. If your order has been lost, we’ll be happy to replace it for you.
For US and International Orders, shipping fees are exclusive of duties and taxes. These charges are levied by the country you are shipping to, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. If the customs charges are not paid COD (cash on delivery), the order will be returned back to Twenty Lemons.
